(Essen, 11.09.2024.) Leading Italian fashion brand OVS is expanding into Germany and will open its first store in Essen city centre later this year. OVS will occupy a total of 1,100 m² in a prime 1A location at Limbecker Straße 55–57, next to TK Maxx. Brockhoff was exclusively appointed by the Essen-based property owner, a long-standing client, to let the ground-floor and first-floor retail space.

Brockhoff had previously advised the property owner on a successful lease to the City of Essen under the state of North Rhine-Westphalia’s programme to strengthen city centres.
Brockhoff also brokered the former long-term tenancy to s.Oliver.

While OVS already has a presence in several German cities with its kids’ collections, the Limbecker Straße store will be its first to offer fashion for the whole family. This strategic expansion marks another milestone in OVS’s international growth strategy while enhancing the appeal of Essen city centre.
