Acting exclusively for the owner, Brockhoff secured Phone Store as the new tenant for a 130 m² ground-floor retail unit in the residential and commercial building at Letter Straße 1 in Coesfeld. The new Phone Store is in a prime 1A location in the pedestrian zone, with excellent visibility thanks to its corner position. Well-known retail chains are located nearby.

The previous tenant was men’s fashion chain Engbers, which recently moved into the neighbouring building at Letter Str. 3, also through an exclusive lease brokered by Brockhoff. Brockhoff also advised on the change of ownership of the Letter Str. 3 property.
