Leverkusen-based PKM Unternehmensgruppe will open another branch at Ruhrallee 175 in Essen, leasing approximately 410 m² of office space from 1 October 2021.

Brockhoff OFFICE advised on the lease of the prestigious office building at Ruhrallee Office Park II, modernized in 2020.

Brockhoff OFFICE had previously worked with the company and, after extensive market analysis, found the right property for PKM.
