The Bochum property at Dördelstraße 24 and 26, which includes Police Station East, is changing owners. Together with a sales partner, Brockhoff INVEST sold the 17,833 m² plot in Bochum-Langendreer to the Kräling Group of Dortmund.

A three-storey office building with approximately 1,542 m² of usable space stands on a section of the property measuring approximately 3,000 m². It has served for many years as the Bochum Ost police station, and the lease will continue after the change of ownership. The larger part of the site is only partially developed and is intended for redevelopment. Plans call for a residential care facility with approximately 80 beds.

The property was previously owned by a community of heirs.
