The “Im Teelbruch” commercial area is in southern Essen and offers excellent access to the A 52 motorway (Essen–Düsseldorf), as well as moderate rents compared with city-center locations.
Another advantage is the high-quality residential setting in southern Essen, which gives many users a short commute.
