On behalf of a family office, BROCKHOFF INVEST successfully sold the property leased by the private Iserlohn secondary school at Reiterweg 28–34 in Iserlohn. The complex includes a school, boarding facilities, cafeteria and sports hall, with a total area of around 9,900 m². The property was renovated in 2016/2017 and is located on the Seilersee campus, which is also home to BiTS University of Applied Sciences for Business and Management.
The private Iserlohn secondary school was founded in 1968 as a state-recognised upper secondary school and is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
