Real estate manager Procimmo SA has acquired an 8,000 m² site on Schederhofstraße in Essen on behalf of the Swiss investment foundation Prisma.

The site is right in the city centre and has excellent infrastructure. The A40, a major route through the Ruhr region, is only a few minutes away by car. Brockhoff advised on the sale.

The site will be developed with 44 modular commercial units under the Streetbox concept. The units are scheduled for completion in mid-2024, and one third will be offered for rent.
