The single-storey commercial building is let long term to Fitness Place, a regional gym chain, and DIY retailer Screwfix. Screwfix is part of Kingfisher plc, an international home improvement company operating more than 1,200 stores in ten European countries.

The property is in Riemke, an area with both commercial and residential uses, close to the A43 motorway entrance. Nearby on the same side of the street are two car dealerships, a beverage store and a large DIY store. Across the road are a petrol station, a car wash, an automotive repair workshop and a grocery discounter.

Brockhoff sold the neighbouring site several years ago. The new owner built a Toyota dealership there.
