Bochum, Glockengarten 1.

A psychotherapy practice has leased approximately 210 m² in the medical and commercial building at Glockengarten 1 in Bochum, with BROCKHOFF OFFICE advising on the deal. The new practice is expected to open in June, following the lease commencement on 1 May 2020.

The deal brings the centrally located property on the edge of the city centre to full occupancy. The owner is Diok Bochum GmbH, based in Cologne. The building is also home to the administrative headquarters of UCI cinema.
