Within a short period, BROCKHOFF OBJEKT has sold a third property at ABB’s site in Ratingen near Düsseldorf to publity AG. Earlier this year, publity acquired the first building, with a total area of around 1,650 m², and a second office property of approximately 3,150 m². The Leipzig-based real estate company has now purchased an office and hall building fully and long-term let to global group ABB AG.

The third property sold has a total area of around 5,000 m². The 10,330 m² site also provides 142 parking spaces. Completed in 2000, the property on Oberhausener Straße comprises a conventional office wing and a hall building that houses a training centre, the plant fire brigade, offices and laboratories. The two parts of the building are connected by a link on the first floor.

ABB operates worldwide and employs around 136,000 people in 100 countries. Approximately 1,300 employees work in manufacturing and administration at the Ratingen site.
