Frankfurt am Main, 16.12.2020 – publity AG, acting as asset manager, successfully sold a commercial property in Waltrop, North Rhine-Westphalia, in mid-December. The site covers 25,000 square metres. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Acquired by publity around two years ago and managed by it, the property is held in the portfolio of GORE German Office Real Estate AG, an indirect subsidiary of publity.

The average remaining lease term is just under 13 years, and occupancy is currently 91.1%. The main tenant is international research institute Nuvisan GmbH, which conducts legally required drug studies for the pharmaceutical industry. In early November 2020, Nuvisan extended its lease through 2035.

Real estate services provider Brockhoff acted as sales broker.
