Frankfurt, 22.05.2020 – publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508), an investor and asset manager focused on German office properties, successfully sold an office property it manages in the Airport City at Dortmund Airport. The sale contract has been notarised, and closing is expected by the end of 2020.

The profitable sale realises the value gains publity achieved through asset management. During its four-year holding period, publity extended important leases and significantly increased occupancy. Discussions are also under way to extend a lease long term.

Built in 1999 and acquired by publity in 2016, the property is nearly fully let and offers almost 6,700 square metres of total lettable space. Its main tenant is food-service equipment retailer Gastro-Hero. Brockhoff & Partner Immobilien acted as broker.
