Appointed as sole agent for the property at Kruppstr. 41, Brockhoff OFFICE quickly secured a new tenant for the vacant floors above Sparda Bank’s Essen headquarters. The space became available after 11880 Solutions AG consolidated its digital business at one Essen location and moved to Hohenzollernstr. 24. Brockhoff OFFICE also handled that relocation in 2018.

A new tenant in the education sector will move into approximately 823 m² in May 2019. Intensive discussions are already underway for further space vacated by 11880, putting the building on track for full occupancy.

Known as the Sparda Bank building, the property is in central Essen, within walking distance of Essen Central Station and close to the A40 city-centre exit. The offices will be prepared to the new tenant’s requirements before move-in.
