Through the successful work of the office leasing team at Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH in Essen, RapidMiner GmbH will lease approximately 830 m² of office space at Westfalendamm 87 in Dortmund from 15 December 2016 (15.12.2016) (15.12.2016).

The Westfalen Tower is a three-part building complex completed in 2010, comprising the “Forum”, the “Tower” and the connecting “Foyer”. The 22-storey Tower is considered Dortmund’s second-tallest office building and stands out prominently on the skyline. The property is owned by an investment fund.
