Real I.S. has sold the approximately 11,100 m² office building at Hollestraße 7b in Essen on behalf of the “Bayernfonds Essen Holle-Karree” private investor fund. The property forms part of Essen’s Holle-Karree. The centrally located building was acquired by Koerfer Property Management Dr. Koerfer GmbH & Co. KG, a company in the Koerfer Group based in Cologne. The purchase price was not disclosed.

“Thanks to our expertise in active real estate asset management, we successfully completed the sale of the property in Essen,” says Brigitte Walter, CEO of Real I.S. AG. The strategic sale is expected to generate a total return of approximately 138% for investors. The 15-storey office tower is fully let and has an underground car park with 117 spaces, as well as 20 outdoor parking spaces. Holle-Karree was built in 1995 and is within walking distance of the main railway station and Essen’s pedestrian zone. Brockhoff Invest of Essen advised Real I.S. AG under an exclusive sales mandate. Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH acted as legal adviser to the seller.
