The four-story office building at “Am Erlenkamp 16-18 / Hubertusstr. 13” in Recklinghausen has a new anchor tenant. Within walking distance of the district offices at Kurt-Schumacher-Allee 1, the Recklinghausen district administration will open another branch there. It will house departments that must leave the main district offices ahead of the upcoming renovation.

The district administration has leased a total of 6,160 m² of office space in the complex and will move in once all renovation work is complete.
