The expanding second-hand fashion retailer ReSales will open a two-storey store on Limbecker Straße in Essen. By brokering the 730 m² unit in a prime 1A location, Brockhoff and ReSales are continuing their successful partnership. Brockhoff has already found suitable retail premises for ReSales in prime pedestrian locations in Dortmund, Witten and Hildesheim, supporting the company’s expansion strategy.

The new store is expected to open this spring. It is located next to well-known retail chains. Previous tenants of the unit include “NEUE ARBEIT shop, part of Diakonie Essen” and “Desigual”.
