Second-hand fashion retailer ReSales is expanding and will open a store on Limbecker Straße in Essen. Brockhoff and ReSales are continuing their successful cooperation with the brokerage of a 730 m² store in a prime 1A location. Brockhoff has already found suitable high-footfall retail units for ReSales in Dortmund, Witten and Hildesheim, supporting the company’s expansion strategy.

The new store, next to several well-known retail chains, is scheduled to open this spring. Previous tenants of the retail unit include the “NEUE ARBEIT” shop operated by Diakonie Essen and “Desigual”.
