Second-hand fashion retailer ReSales, which is expanding its network, is opening a two-storey shop on Limbecker Straße in Essen. By arranging the 730 m² unit in a prime 1A location, Brockhoff and ReSales are continuing their successful partnership. Brockhoff has already found suitable stores for ReSales in prime high-footfall locations in Dortmund, Witten and Hildesheim, supporting the company’s expansion strategy.

The new store has now opened next to well-known retail chains.
Previous tenants of the retail space included “NEUE ARBEIT Diakonie Essen store” and “Desigual”.
