ReSales, Germany’s largest second-hand clothing retailer with 53 stores in 27 cities, is opening a store in Lower Saxony.

Commercial property broker Brockhoff, which has specialised in retail properties for more than 35 years, brokered the 280 m² shop in a prime 1a pedestrian-zone location. It was occupied by fashion brand s.Oliver until recently.

Well-known chain stores are located nearby.

ReSales will open as soon as renovation work is complete. The swift reletting has avoided a prolonged vacancy.

The commercial building at Hoher Weg 35 is owned by a private property company.
