The fast-growing second-hand fashion concept ReSales is well suited to the times and is continuing its successful expansion. Brockhoff, a property adviser with 37 years of experience in retail property transactions, arranged a generous store of around 275 m² in a strong footfall location in central Dortmund. Well-known retail chains are nearby.

The Dortmund deal is the third successful city-centre letting in just three months. Brockhoff recently secured locations for ReSales in Witten and Hildesheim as well. “Our network is made up 77% of repeat clients who instruct us again after a successful property transaction. I am personally delighted to help shape ReSales’ success story by finding suitable stores,” says Bert Pfeffer, Brockhoff Retail expert since the company was founded, expressing his appreciation for the close partnership.

The new ReSales store in central Dortmund will open shortly, once fit-out works are complete.
