The fast-growing second-hand fashion retailer ReSales is tapping into the current zeitgeist and continuing its successful expansion. Renowned property adviser Brockhoff, which has successfully brokered retail property for 37 years, found the company a spacious store of around 275 m² in a high-footfall location in Dortmund city centre. Several well-known retail chains are nearby.

The Dortmund deal is Brockhoff’s third successful city-centre placement in just three months. The company has also recently found suitable locations in Witten and Hildesheim for ReSales’s second-hand retail concept. “Our network is made up of 77% repeat clients, who come back to us with further property projects after a successful transaction. I am personally delighted to contribute to ReSales’s success story by finding suitable retail units,” says Bert Pfeffer, a RETAIL expert at Brockhoff since the company was founded, expressing his appreciation for the close cooperation with ReSales.

The new ReSales store in Dortmund city centre is due to open shortly, once the fit-out work is complete.
