Commercial broker Brockhoff has once again successfully let the retail unit at Bahnhofstraße 25 in Witten. The new tenant will be second-hand retailer ReSales. Around seven years ago, Brockhoff secured previous tenant Camp David/Soccx for this approximately 350 m² unit.

This is ReSales’ second successful letting through Brockhoff in a short period. In spring, Brockhoff found a suitable shop for ReSales in Hildesheim.

ReSales plans to open once the necessary renovation work is complete. The store will occupy a prime location on Witten’s main shopping street, near well-known retail chains.

The property is owned by a regional real estate company.
