A new tenant has been secured for the former Gerry Weber store at Gerberstraße 25. Expanding second-hand fashion retailer ReSales will open a branch in this prime 1A location after fit-out works are completed. Well-known retail chains are nearby. Brockhoff advised the tenant on the lease of the 260 m² premises.

With this latest deal, Brockhoff has supported ReSales’ expansion for the fifth time in a short period.
Previously, Brockhoff arranged suitable stores in prime high-footfall locations in Essen, Dortmund, Witten and Hildesheim.

Bert Pfeffer, who has specialised in store leasing for more than 35 years, is pleased with the successful partnership with ReSales: “Around 77% of our business comes from repeat clients. I am delighted that we found the right premises for ReSales in Landau.”
