A private investor has acquired the 5-storey property at Kortumstraße 107 in Bochum’s pedestrian zone from an international institutional owner.

The ground floor is occupied by retailer Ulla Popken, which leases approximately 219 m². The upper floors contain apartments with a combined area of approximately 361 m². Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH in Essen acted as broker for the transaction.

The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
