The residential and commercial building at Lange Straße 14 in Bad Salzuflen, comprising three full storeys and a converted attic, has changed hands. Brockhoff RETAIL arranged the sale to a private investment company from the Ruhr region. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The residential and commercial building has a plot area of approximately 900 m² and total lettable space of approximately 980 m². It occupies a prime 1A location in the pedestrian zone. The tenants of the approximately 580 m² of retail space are fashion retailer Ernsting’s family and mobilcom debitel.
