Acting on behalf of Trei Real Estate, Brockhoff RETAIL brokered the sale to a private investment company from the Ruhr region. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The building occupies a plot of approximately 900 m² and offers total lettable space of approximately 980 m². It is in a prime 1A location in the pedestrian zone.

The approximately 580 m² of retail space is let to fashion retailer Ernsting’s family and mobilcom debitel.
