Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH successfully brokered the sale of the three-storey property at Altstadt 1-3, a prime 1A location in Lengerich’s pedestrian zone.

The residential and commercial building offers approximately 1,067 m² of commercial space and approximately 300 m² of residential space. The main commercial tenants are O2 and TEDi. As Brockhoff recently reported, TEDi has taken over the shop previously occupied by C&A Kids and will open its new store shortly after the refurbishment is complete.

Both the seller and buyer are private individuals. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
