Brockhoff successfully advised on the sale of a residential portfolio comprising five apartment buildings in Idar-Oberstein, the gemstone and garrison town in Rhineland-Palatinate. The properties offer a total of 1,900 m² of living space across 24 units. A further 24 parking spaces are available to tenants.

Some of the apartment buildings are partly vacant and will be upgraded through renovation. The new owner sees considerable potential in the portfolio’s excellent location within the town: numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and hotels are nearby. The River Nahe and well-known regional attractions are also close at hand.

The institutional buyers and sellers wish to remain anonymous. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
