Previously owned by a private property company, it offers two units with around 1,780 m² of total space and is let long term to Dänisches Bettenlager and Fliesen Factory. Its corner location in the Dören commercial area, directly at the junction of Steubenstraße, Herlestraße and Senefelder Straße, provides excellent visibility and accessibility. The purchase price was not disclosed.
