Thanks to its proximity to Switzerland, Konstanz is one of Germany’s most sought-after retail locations. A renowned retail company from North Rhine-Westphalia has now taken a long-term lease on more than 350 m² of sales space at Wessenbergstraße 1 in Konstanz, brokered by BROCKHOFF RETAIL Essen.
The shop, occupied by Häsler Schuhe since 2005, will be refurbished after the retailer moves out in 2020 and is expected to reopen with a modern store design in the second half of the year. The property had been leased to shoe chain Salamander for decades.
The property is privately owned.
