The new owner, a regional investor family, has completely revitalized the residential and commercial building at Huyssenallee 74 and brought it up to date. Brockhoff OFFICE quickly arranged leases for the commercial premises in the prime 1A locations on the ground floor and 1st upper floor.

The new ground-floor tenant, occupying approximately 132 m², is Folkwang Kammer Orchester Essen. In addition to modern office space, it benefits from being close to Essen Philharmonic Hall and Aalto Theatre. On the 1st upper floor, Bulwiengesa, one of the property sector’s major independent research firms, has opened a new location in approximately 128 m².
