REWE delivery service has leased a warehouse of more than 10,000 m², with adjoining staff and office facilities, on Hansastraße in Bochum to open a new food fulfillment center. The warehouse was previously used by the former Vosswinkel chain. Brockhoff advised on the lease and also brokered the property’s sale.
