RGE Servicegesellschaft Essen mbH is opening a 2nd location and will lease approximately 340 m² of office space, 580 m² of warehouse space and 120 m² of staff facilities at Nünningstraße 6 in Essen from 01 April 2021.

Before the property was officially marketed, Brockhoff OFFICE had already found a suitable tenant for the owner. We also advised on the lease of the office and warehouse combination in the well-known Ernestine commercial area. The offices will be renovated in coordination with the owner to meet the tenant’s requirements.

As a subsidiary of the City of Essen, RGE Servicegesellschaft Essen mbH has provided property-related services for the city and its affiliated companies for 23 years. Its services include cleaning and security, as well as food service and catering.
