The Quartier 231 business park in Oberhausen is a model example of successful brownfield redevelopment in the Ruhr region. Brockhoff has secured another tenant, Right Ride GmbH, for a 1,200 m² office and hall combination. Alongside modern commercial premises, the company benefits from excellent access to motorways A3, A40 and A42.

The former BABCOCK site, dating from the 1980s, is being modernised by Sirius Facilities and repositioned with a multi-tenant concept.

Brockhoff has already secured several tenants for this former industrial site, helping transform it into a vibrant business park.
