Brockhoff has arranged a lease to international cosmetics and lifestyle brand Rituals for a retail unit on a prime 1A corner in Hattingen city centre. The store is at Große Weilstraße 23, next to Kaufland and other well-known retail chains. Reschop Carré shopping centre is also nearby.

The unit offers around 200 m² of lettable area. The new Rituals store is scheduled to open in October. The owner will first complete the ongoing renovation and fit-out work, after which Rituals will begin installing its own fixtures.

The unit was previously occupied by Parfümerie Pieper. Rituals is a financially strong new tenant for this prominent retail space, further enhancing the range of shops on Hattingen’s pedestrianised high street.

The property is owned by a local private individual who has been a long-standing Brockhoff client.
