It includes 35 apartments and eight commercial units and is almost fully let. The total lettable area of 4,082 m² consists of 2,971 m² of residential space and 1,111 m² of commercial space.

Five of the buildings, most of which date from the early 20th century, are in a prime 1A location in the middle of the Herne-Wanne pedestrian zone. Tenants include household goods discounter KODI and clothing chain Bonita. The two properties in Bochum-Wattenscheid are apartment buildings.
