• In Bottrop, Brockhoff advised on the sale of a combined office and warehouse property measuring 3,870 m².
• Brockhoff secured Right Ride GmbH as the tenant of a 1,200 m² combined office and warehouse property in Oberhausen.
• In Essen, Brockhoff helped a renowned production company find a suitable 2,130 m² LIGHT INDUSTRIAL property.
• Also in Essen, Brockhoff exclusively leased a 1,330 m² Light Industrial hall owned by the Allbau Group.
• In Mülheim, Brockhoff successfully relet a combined office and warehouse property measuring 1,900 m².
