In Q3 2022, RWE Technology International GmbH is leasing office space at Sidonienstraße 18 in Dresden for use by its subsidiary RWE Battery Solutions GmbH. Following extensive refurbishment, the energy company will occupy around 2,060 square metres in the office building. The five-year lease between landlord Immopact Sidonien GmbH & Co KG and RWE was brokered by Beate Protze Immobilien GmbH in Dresden and Brockhoff GmbH in Essen.

RWE battery research moves into new offices

The RWE Group is a global energy company and one of the international leaders in renewable energy. It is focused on growth and invests heavily in expanding renewable energy and storage technologies. Its flexible power plant portfolio helps ensure a reliable energy supply. RWE’s battery research subsidiary will be based in the office and commercial building on Sidonienstraße.
