Safety Products Holdings property in Hattingen

Hattingen, Beuler Höhe 16–20.

In December 2023, renowned company Safety Products Holdings GmbH will move into a 1,890 m² office and warehouse property at Beuler Höhe 16–20 in Hattingen, marking the next step in its growth strategy. In 2022, the Hilden-based company formed strategic partnerships with renowned distribution partners to expand its international business across EMEA and APAC and improve workplace safety.

Commercial property broker Brockhoff, which specialises in LIGHT INDUSTRIAL properties in the Ruhr region, found the ideal premises for the company.
The new location meets all of the company’s requirements and provides ample capacity for its planned growth.

“From Hattingen, we want our high-quality safety knives to improve workplace safety across EMEA and APAC.
The new location gives us ideal conditions for our growth strategy,” says Andreas Kieper, Managing Director of Safety Products Holdings. SPG’s brand portfolio, which includes Slice, Klever and Pacific Handy Cutter, offers the widest selection of safety knives to ensure the right cutting tool is available for every task. Its international distribution networks will therefore be managed from Hattingen in future.

By relocating to Hattingen, Safety Products Holdings, the international sales organisation of US-based Safety Products Global, is taking an important step towards the group’s international growth. Brockhoff is pleased to have contributed and wishes Safety Products Holdings every success at its new location.
