Brockhoff INVEST advised on the sale of a 33,322 m² logistics site in the largest commercial area of Triptis, Thuringia.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

The site contains a partly two-storey logistics hall built in 1994, a warehouse built in 1996 and 40 parking spaces.

Following modernisation in 2005, both buildings—which together provide 17,851 m² of usable space—are in very good condition and fully let.

More than 8,000 m² of the 33,322 m² site are currently unused, giving the new owner scope for development.

The Triptis motorway junction is six kilometres away and can be reached without passing through a town.

Its proximity to the Hermsdorfer Kreuz, where the A4 and A9 intersect, provides excellent access to the north–south and east–west transport corridors.

Erfurt is 100 km away. Chemnitz and Leipzig are each approximately 120 km away.
