Brockhoff LOGISTICS arranged approximately 6,400 m² of warehouse space at the Rhein-Ruhr port for Schenker Deutschland AG, with the lease starting on 1 June 2019. The newly occupied hall will serve as an off-site warehouse for Schenker’s Duisburg location and will be used primarily for handling automotive parts.

With Schenker’s lease, the property at Rheinstraße 30 is fully let. The anchor tenant is LGI Logistics Group International GmbH, which established its presence at the site in 2017, also through Brockhoff LOGISTICS, leasing approximately 14,000 m² of storage space.

With approximately 220 hectares of total area, Rhein-Ruhr port is the largest commercial area in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Along with direct access to shipping, the location benefits from nearby junctions to the A40 and A3.
