Following the successful lease of a store to Schum EuroShop GmbH in Wolfenbüttel, Brockhoff & Partner Immobilien GmbH is pleased to announce two further lease agreements. A EuroShop store will open later this month in the former Weltbild premises at Große Straße 82–84 in Verden. The retail space is in a prime 1A pedestrian-zone location and offers approximately 200 m². In September 2016, another EuroShop branch will open at the prime-location property Emsstraße 65 in Rheine. The leased space covers approximately 570 m² and is currently occupied by Takko. Both the Rheine and Verden properties are owned by private landlords.
