Schum EuroShop GmbH & Co. KG has leased retail premises at Mittelstraße 36–38, in a prime 1A location on Hilden’s pedestrianised high street. The approximately 222 m² unit has been completely refurbished, and the new EuroShop opened in October.

Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH’s retail team advised on and brokered the lease. The property is privately owned. Schum EuroShop GmbH & Co. KG currently operates more than 250 stores across Germany and employs over 1,000 people. Its range includes everyday essentials, with each item offered at a single price of one euro.
