Schum EuroShop GmbH & Co. KG is continuing its expansion and has leased the retail unit at Corbiestraße 33, on the corner of Marktstraße, in a prime 1A location on Höxter’s pedestrianised high street. Schum EuroShop is expected to occupy the approximately 250 m² premises in the second half of the year. The exact date has not yet been set, as it depends on current tenant Ernsting’s family moving to its new premises in Höxter. BROCKHOFF RETAIL’s retail specialists advised on and brokered the lease. The property is privately owned.
