Harpen, a well-established investor and experienced developer, is building a modern, flexible logistics property on the approximately 13,000 m² site at Werner Hellweg 433. The project comprises a roughly 5,000 m² hall and around 900 m² of office and amenity space. Brockhoff secured Schrauben & Draht Union (SDU), a long-established Bochum company and leading Ruhr region supplier of industrial fasteners and connectors, as tenant for the entire new building.

The new facility offers a highly flexible logistics infrastructure and meets high sustainability standards, including KfW 40 and DGNB Gold. It also features an almost full-coverage photovoltaic system of approximately 290 kWp.
