Brockhoff INVEST advised on the sale of a logistics site of nearly 58,000 m² at Sälzerweg 5 in Soest.

The plot in the Süd-Ost commercial area contains an office building constructed in 1990 with approximately 1,730 m² of lettable space, as well as a warehouse built in 1995 offering approximately 21,525 m².

The owner has carried out regular maintenance, leaving both buildings in excellent condition.

The rear section of the site offers a range of development options, including construction of a hall of up to 18,000 m².

The approximately 170-hectare Süd-Ost commercial area is directly on the A44 and is the largest and oldest commercial zone in Soest.

It developed in stages over the past 45 years and underwent major expansion from the mid-70s onward. Today it provides jobs for approximately 6,800 people.

The seller of the attractive logistics site is Franz Kerstin Zentrale Dienste GmbH.

The purchase price has not been disclosed.
