On behalf of a private owner, Brockhoff INVEST sold the property at Am Stadion 40 in Recklinghausen. The attractive office and warehouse combination, with nearly 2,500 m², is on a 5,500 m² plot. The new owner, SLT Grundstücks-und Verwaltungs GmbH, was already based nearby through its subsidiary SLT Verkehrstechnik and acquired the property for its own use. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The Am Stadion commercial area is well connected across the region via the A2 and A43 motorways, with further links to the A45 and A42.

The nearest motorway entrance is only 2,500 m away.
