SPIE, the independent European market leader in multi-technical services for the energy and communications sectors, has signed a long-term lease through Brockhoff for a 1,300 m² office and hall combination at Teilungsweg 29 in Essen. Around 735 m² will be fitted out for training purposes. Other parts of the building will be used for storage and workshop space. Rottbeck Grundstücksverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG owns the property.

The Teilungsweg commercial area in Essen-Altenessen is a multi-purpose business location already home to around 50 other companies. They benefit from excellent connections to the northern towns of the Ruhr region and to central Essen.
