After Brockhoff & Partner brokered the sale of the 130,000 m² site, its 79,000 m² building and adjoining development land, the Essen property expert has now also secured the leasing mandate. Despite coronavirus, demand from discerning office tenants for this building is extremely high.

Office space is being let at €8 per m² and tailored to each tenant’s needs. The entire property is in very good condition. APOprojekt has already drawn up tenant fit-out plans for more than 25,000 m². Essen agent Brockhoff is negotiating office leases on behalf of Austrian owner SORAVIA.
